A shipping fee of $10.00 applies for the EXPRESS DELIVERY (est. 1 business day *within the Express Post network)

FREE SHIPPING applies for orders over $200 *within Australia only (conditions apply)

International orders are sent via Australia Registered Post * Please call, email us or proceed through to the shipping option to get a quote.

** With the delivery of shoes, we no longer send them in the designer boxes as they are quite bulky and heavy. If you wish to have them in the boxes, an extra $10 shipping fee is required. Please call us if you wish to discuss further or have any queries regarding this matter. **

Please note that we take every precaution to ensure your item arrives safely and on time, however Bella Angel boutique is not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit by Australia Post.

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at BELLA ANGEL boutique. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. Please be mindful we do not REFUND on JEWELLERY, SALE or CLEARANCE stock, only brand NEW items.
