Refund/Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our first priority at BELLA ANGEL boutique. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

 

Our Returns Policy

We would like to advise strongly that you must choose carefully as there is NO REFUND on JEWELLERY, SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS !! We do however offer refunds on NEW stock or if the items are FAULTY.

If a SALE item is not suitable we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit which is valid for 6 months. All items are checked thoroughly for faults and are in perfect condition before leaving our store.

All exchanges and returns must be completed within a month from date of receipt. All returns must be sent back in brand new condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging. All returns are checked and quality controlled before the exchange or credit is issued.

If you would like an exchange on an item, you will need to enclose a return satchel for us to send the item back to you.

Credit notes will be issued within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please email us or call +61 448 998 998 before sending back. Your item would need to be sent back to us within one business week from purchase date. If no replacement is available, you will be issued with a refund.

And also include the following information:

  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email or invoice)
  • Your name, address and contact details.
  • A description of the item you are returning.
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the full details of the replacement item plus enclose a return satchel so we can send the item back to you.
